Return & Refund Policy

01Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted, except where covered by the product warranty.

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with any seals intact.

02Refunds & processing time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our side or an incorrect item received.

03Exchanges

Prefer a different colour, size or model? We're happy to exchange eligible unopened items. If the new item differs in price, we'll arrange to collect or refund the difference before shipping the replacement.

04Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.

05Hygiene & safety exclusions

For the safety of all our customers, opened milk-contact parts — collection cups, silicone flanges, valves and diaphragms — cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken, unless they are faulty.
